The Parliamentary Knowledge Foundation is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible financial management.

The Board of Trustees oversees the Foundation’s financial governance and ensures that funds are used solely to advance its charitable objectives.

Financial Oversight

The Foundation:

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Prepares annual financial statements in accordance with UK charity law
• Implements appropriate financial controls and risk management processes

Where required, the Foundation’s accounts are independently reviewed or audited and submitted to the relevant regulatory bodies.

Public Accountability

Financial information is reported in line with statutory obligations and best practice. Public filings may be accessed through the appropriate regulatory channels.
