Overview

Rugby is at a crossroads, with the growth of the women's game and the continued success of international competitions being at odds with the struggles of the club game. Volunteering with rugby institutions, large and small, will allow the Cohort to understand rugby better and how volunteers are the foundation of so many sports.

Learning outcomes: Experience delivery at different levels of the game; examine the growth of women’s rugby; understand the pressures facing clubs and volunteers.
