Wimbledon is recognised worldwide, as a soft power asset, the most prestigious tennis tournament and as a commercial benchmark. The cohort will learn how its success almost entirely funds UK tennis and the LTA and how it maintains and projects its power.

Learning outcomes: Examine tournament operations and brand value; understand how revenues support the LTA and grassroots tennis; consider Wimbledon’s role in UK soft power.
