With the energy workforce hoping to almost double by 2030, specific skills and training is required to ensure the industry can flourish. The cohort will visit Taunton College to see how they prepare young people for careers at Hinkley Point C.

Learning outcomes: Explore the workforce needs of large energy projects; see how colleges prepare people for technical careers; identify barriers to recruiting and retaining skilled workers.
