Overview

Climate is already reshaping NHS demand through heat-related illnesses, air quality, and vector-borne disease, increasing pressure on stretched services. The cohort will take part in a workshop session to see where the health and climate agendas are now converging and what that means for the next decade of provision in the UK and internationally.

Learning outcomes: Examine health impacts from heat, air quality and disease; understand how demand may change; consider how services and public-health policy can adapt.
