The next pandemic will not wait for the UK to be ready. The systems, stockpiles and political instincts crucial to our response are being rebuilt right now. The cohort will run a live walkthrough with evolving decisions to test how prepared the country is and what has actually changed since Covid.

Learning outcomes: Work through an evolving pandemic scenario; examine stockpiles, surveillance and decision structures; understand the political and operational consequences of early choices.
