Overview

The UK creative sector is a global heavyweight, but the routes in are narrow, often unpaid and overwhelmingly weighted to those who can afford to wait. The cohort will experience how young people break in and what shapes the workforce behind one of the country's biggest exports.

Learning outcomes: Experience creative career routes; examine barriers such as unpaid entry and narrow networks; consider how education and employers can widen access.
