Overview

The Ten Tors race sees 400 teams of young adults from across the UK complete on one of the three routes across Dartmoor. With DofE, Scouts, Cadet, school and youth groups spending two days on the moors, it’s a test of leadership, resolve and teamwork. The cohort will volunteer at one of the checkpoints along the course.

Learning outcomes: Volunteer with the event; observe safeguarding and logistics; examine how schools, cadets, Scouts and youth organisations use outdoor challenge for development.
