Overview

Stadium and state occasion planning protects the country's most visible public events from terror, crowd control failure and hostile state activity, with reputational and human cost in the balance. The cohort will work through a simulation at Wembley to see where the operational pressure points sit.

Learning outcomes: Work through a major-event scenario; examine coordination between venue, police and emergency services; understand the trade-offs between security, access and public confidence.
